The Organization
Junior Lacrosse in the Whitby area has enjoyed a long and extensive history. With the completion of the Minto Cup run of the Oshawa Green Gaels in 1968, Junior Lacrosse returned to Whitby in 1968 as the Whitby B&R Transporters, competing at the Junior "B" level. In 1975, Whitby entered the Junior "A" ranks as the Whitby Consolidated Builders and has remained there since. In 1984 the team name was changed to the Whitby Warriors. Currently, Whitby ranks third all-time in Minto Cup Championships with seven.

The Logo
The Logo was re-designed in 2015 based on three main elements:
1. Feathers represent Trust, Honour and Respect
2. Three feathers form to shape the letter "W"
3. The word Warriors anchoring the feathers to give the appearance of the Canadian Maple Leaf
